This new AI Agent helps recruiters quickly evaluate how well a job seeker aligns with an open role based on experience, education, and skills.

Part of GR8 People’s Everyone Platform, the Job Fit Agent provides a clear, visual breakdown that compares job requirements with a candidate’s background. Recruiters can view summaries for each key area, giving them fast insight into whether someone may be a strong or weak fit for a job—without having to manually analyze resumes or job descriptions.
