These terms apply to visitors of this website. They are not a software agreement.

If your organization uses the GR8 People platform, your use of that platform is governed solely by the written agreement between your organization and GR8 People — not by this page. Nothing here modifies, replaces or adds to that agreement. If anything on this page conflicts with a signed agreement between us, the signed agreement controls.

If you are applying for a job and arrived here from an employer’s career site, that career site belongs to the employer, not to GR8 People. Questions about a specific application, an employer’s hiring process, or the status of your candidacy should go to that employer directly. Where GR8 People handles applicant information, we do so on behalf of the employer, and our Privacy Policy explains that relationship.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Site for your own informational purposes and to evaluate our products and services.

You may download and print materials we make available for download — case studies, guides, and similar resources — for internal business use within your organization, provided you keep them intact, do not alter them, and do not remove any copyright, trademark or attribution notices they carry.

GR8 People, the GR8 People logo, and our product and feature names are trademarks of GR8 People. You may not use them without our prior written permission, and you may not use them in a way that is likely to cause confusion about the source of any product or service, or that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Names, logos and marks belonging to other companies — including integration partners and customers — are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site identifies those companies and their products; it does not imply that they endorse GR8 People, or that we endorse them, beyond any relationship expressly described.
