Veteran technology executive brings extensive financial and operational experience.

Rachael joins gr8 People as a senior software executive, CFO and attorney with over 25 years of experience building and scaling high growth technology companies, with both publicly traded and private-equity-backed organizations.
Ms. McCarthy, most recently the CFO of CloudLock Inc. (acquired by Cisco in 2016), has held various senior management roles, including Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development. She has worked in fast growing software and SaaS companies, including General Counsel of two software companies (Unica Corporation and Restrac/WebHire, Inc.) from very early stages through their initial public offerings.
