New release brings advanced capabilities and nearly 50 enhancements to make the recruiting experience easier for enterprise users

  • Hire Portal Delegation and Expanded Visibility
    The gr8 People Team Hire Portal enables users to quickly & easily see their tasks, activities, and responsibilities within a completely mobile enabled experience. With the Spring17 release, this view has been expanded to provide deeper visibility as well as facilitate delegation of important activities for busy Executives or for days away from the office.

  • Talent Portal Analytics
    The gr8 People Portal Branding tools now allow for capturing of page views providing greater insight into Talent Portal usage and optimization. These tags further support the expansion of both gr8 Insights Analytics as well as third party applications such as Google Analytics.

  • Mobile Talent Portal
    The mobile experience is such an important one but managing separate templates in order to optimize the experience by device can be a maintenance nightmare. With the gr8 People Spring17 release, the Talent Portal Studio Designer has been expanded to allow the user to configure content – images, videos, text, etc. – by device.

  • gr8job! Social Share Image
    We have extended gr8job! capabilities to offer personalized company logos when sharing job invitations with your contacts on social networks. Designed for recruiters looking to market your brand more effectively, the gr8job! displays your company logo on social networks (like Facebook, Twitter, etc.) when you post your dedicated job announcement.

  • Additional Language Support
    Spring17 language capabilities have been enhanced with this release and more translations will arrive as customer demand dictates. The platform added language translations for Spanish, French, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

  • Oh, those Small Things!
